How the group is structured
ITSB Group is not a collection of unrelated offerings. Consulting and software are developed within the same organisation and depend on each other: what shows up in audits and risk analyses shapes the platform, and what the platform records makes consulting verifiable.

ITSB Deutschland delivers the group’s consulting and managed service work. This includes taking on formal roles – external data protection officer, information security officer – as well as ongoing security operations and support through audits and certification programmes.

ITSB-OS
Software platform (product brand)
Security status, measures and evidence in one place.
ITSB-OS is the platform for security and compliance management: self-assessment, vulnerability scanning, measure tracking and evidence export. It is used directly by companies and by IT service providers and consultancies managing several client mandates – tenant-separated and, on request, under their own brand.

“ITSB Group” is an umbrella brand of ITSB Deutschland UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Munich, and does not denote a legally independent holding company or corporate group in the sense of company law. “ITSB-OS” is a product brand of the same company, not a separate legal entity. There are no further subsidiaries or branch offices represented on this website.
